Objectives

The participant:

• Get a refresher on Level 3 training content.

Content

• Functionality of the gas system.
• Legal basis for work on vehicles with gas drives as well as test benches and laboratories with gas systems.
• Gas markings, test and approval numbers.
• Connection techniques, requirements and safe assembly.
• Assembly, testing and repair work on gas systems.
• Application of gas measuring instruments.
• Emptying, inertization and filling of gas systems.
• Implementation of defined activities with consideration of occupational safety and process development.
• Basic principles and measures for explosion protection.
• Fundamentals of visual, leak and functional testing of the gas system.
• Fundamentals of gas system troubleshooting.
• Sources of danger, characteristics of hazards during work on gas systems.
• Protective measures when working on gas systems.
• Behavior in case of danger.

Target Group

• All Partners whose Level 3 training took place more than 36 months ago.

Prerequisites

To be eligible to participate in this course, you must have completed the following courses:

• H2 level 3: Safe Handling of Hydrogen - Advanced Training for Defined H2 Activities (BIS_01_10857) Please read through the test regulations before your registration.
