Objetives

The participant:

• Knows the essential best practice processes and associated functionalities, including transactions and relevant roles in SAP EAM, and can therefore move/navigate independently in the system and use basic transactions/helpful functionalities for their daily work in the system (SAP basic knowledge).

Content

• Introduction and overview.
• Explanation of the essential best practice processes or relevant transactions and roles as an overview.
• Guided navigation through pre-created backend masks using an assistant.
• Introduction to important functionalities such as classification, jump functions, etc. for daily handling.

Target Group

• All SAP EAM4RE backend users consisting of BMW Group employees in Facility Management.

Good to know

• The WBT serves as the first module that fits into a qualification map to be created as the first "basic knowledge" module.
