Objectives

The participant:

• Will be taught the basics of the error pattern management process (FMP) and the error pattern management (EPM) tools used for this purpose, as well as the evaluation tools of EPM Reporting.
• Are familiar with the EPM software tool and its basic functions.
• Can work with “EPM” and independently create, analyze, and process error patterns.
• Are familiar with all EPM interface processes/tools and EPM/FMP relationships.
• Are familiar with the software tool “EPM/QKP Reporting” with its available reports and know where to get further information.
• Are familiar with the FMP process and associated EPM functions.

Prerequisites

• A BMW computer with the option to use the VPN (Yubi-Key, etc.).
• Admission to EPM and EPM Reporting.
• For training, you need the basics of the problem management process. To do this, you must complete the PMP NEXT Basic Competence ITO/SERIE (BIS_01_11812).
