• This training qualifies associates for working exclusively on battery cell and modules. A different course is needed for working on electrified vehicles.
• Please note that participation in the training is only possible with PPE safety shoes (at least "S2")!

Objectives

The participant:

• Knows of possible risks, measures and regulations when working under stress:
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations for AUS.
  • Organization of AUs (commissioning; identification of work areas; risk assessment).
  • Protective measures such as PPE.
  • Types, design and specific properties of HV storage.

Content

• Basics & principles working under tension.
• Working under tension based on case studies.
• Carrying out work under tension.
• Commissioning AUs.

Target Group

• Employees who carry out work on the vehicle in an undefined state and without ensuring that the vehicle is free from power.
• Executives who commission work under tension.

Prerequisites

Booking prerequisite:

In order to enrol on this course, you must have completed one of the following courses:

• HV-2 Basic / Qualified person High-Voltage(ITEM_46025).
• HV-2 Advanced/Qualified person High-Voltage (ITEM_46026).
• HV-2 Expert / Qualified person High-Voltage (ITEM_46027).

Professional prerequisites:

• Practical experience of at least 1 year in automotive electrical engineering.
• Health examination — a minimum of B050 is required.
• Operational first responder examination - to be repeated every 2 years.
• Minimum age 18 years.
