Objectives

The participant:

The training explains the benefits and advantages of using the Agile Working Model (AWM). The following chapters are included:

• Start the Agile Journey.
• Introduction to Being & Doing agile, Fixed & Growth Mindset as well as the basic agile principles and values.
• Introduction to Agile Set-Up.
• Explanation of the product catalog, agile events, and roles.
• Product Documentation with YPA.
• Overview of product documentation using YPA including Product Depot.
• IT Compliance Governance Repository.
• Overview of IT Work Instructions and Guidelines.
• IT Processes.
• Presentation of AWM IT Processes and their connection to the BMW GROUP process model.
• Summary of the AWM 5.5 Release July 2024.

Target Group

• All partners who work in IT products, domains, or sub-products.
