Objectives
The participant:

- Understand how they can develop the required competencies in processes relevant to them within the BMW environment.
- Gain an overview of further competence requirements for different role models.
Content
- Overview of BMW requirements in the overall context of the product creation process.
- Practical presentations on "Maturity management", "collaboration within the Clover-Leaf", "iPQ system", "Value-added-oriented production system" and "Sustainability".
- Workshops on the topics of "Sub-supplier management", "Industrialization phase" and "Series production phase".

- Key account.
- Quality managers.
