Objectives

The participant:

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of BMW's requirements for processes and collaboration models within the product development process.
  • Understand how they can develop the required competencies in processes relevant to them within the BMW environment.
  • Gain an overview of further competence requirements for different role models.

Content

  • Overview of BMW requirements in the overall context of the product creation process.
  • Practical presentations on "Maturity management", "collaboration within the Clover-Leaf", "iPQ system", "Value-added-oriented production system" and "Sustainability".
  • Workshops on the topics of "Sub-supplier management", "Industrialization phase" and "Series production phase".

All direct and indirect suppliers involved in the product development process:

  • Key account.
  • Quality managers.
  • Project staff.
  • Development service providers.
