Objectives
The participant:
- The participant understands the warranty process, from customer complaints in the dealer organization to the feedback of the testing results from the fault analysis.
- The participant understands the recourse processes defined by BMW AG.
- The participant understands the defective part process, from the part request of the respective sending markets to the delivery of the defective part via the warranty parts return centers to your test center.
- The participant understands the Group Standard 95004-2024 and the updates contained therein.
- The participant understands how the IT systems SWS and SPACS-FAR support the recourse and defective part processes.
Content
- The training is divided into three modules. The modules are offered over three consecutive days (each module lasting between 2 and 4 hours).
- Module 1: Introduction to the warranty and recourse process as well as the defective part process.
- Module 2: Introduction to GS95004 - 2024-12.
- Module 3: Introduction to the IT systems SWS and SPACS-FAR.
Target Group
- Quality managers, internal auditors as well as employees in the defective parts analysis and other quality departments at the supplier.
